1. Accepting these terms

By using jeevanshaktiherbs.in or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. The nature of the product — important

• Our products are food supplements (dietary supplements). The label states it plainly: "Food supplement — not for medicinal use."
• They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• They are not a substitute for the advice, prescription or treatment of a qualified doctor.
• Results vary from person to person depending on diet, lifestyle, consistency and individual body. No specific result is guaranteed.

3. Who can take it

• Adults aged 18 and over only.
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, on any medication, recovering from surgery, or managing a medical condition such as diabetes, blood pressure, thyroid or kidney and liver issues — consult your doctor before use.
• Do not take the product if you are allergic to any ingredient. The full ingredient list is printed on the label.
• Never exceed the recommended dose stated on the label.

4. Orders and pricing

• The price shown on the site is the final price, inclusive of taxes where applicable.
• Prices and offers may change without prior notice.
• If a technical error displays an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.
• We may cancel an order if stock runs out, the address is not serviceable, or the order appears suspicious.
• Offers such as Buy 3 Get 1 Free and the free vanity bag are valid only during the offer period and while stocks last.

5. Payment

• We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and bank apps), cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery.
• Orders paid online receive free delivery and a 5% discount on the cart subtotal. Cash on Delivery orders carry a flat ₹249 delivery charge and are not eligible for the 5% discount.
• UPI payments happen inside your own app — we neither see nor store your UPI PIN or card details.
• If a payment fails, any amount debited is returned automatically through your bank's normal cycle, usually within 3–7 working days.
• If a payment goes through but the order does not confirm, WhatsApp us a screenshot and we will verify and resolve it manually.

6. Reviews and content

Reviews on this site are individual customer experiences and are not a promise of typical results. The site's content — text, images, logo and design — is the property of Jeevan Shakti Herbs and may not be copied without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Use the product only as directed on the label. We are not liable for any harm arising from misuse, exceeding the dose, or failing to seek medical advice. In any claim, our maximum liability is limited to the value of that order.

8. Communication

By placing an order you consent to receiving order-related SMS, WhatsApp messages and calls, even if your number is registered on DND. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the local courts at our registered office.
