Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays — orders placed on those days go out on the next working day.

2. Delivery time

• Metro cities: 2–4 working days
• Rest of India: 3–5 working days
• Remote / North-East PIN codes: 5–8 working days

Festival periods, bad weather or courier delays can add a little to these timelines.

3. Shipping charges

• Paid online (UPI, card, net banking) — delivery is free on every order, and 5% comes off your cart total at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery — a flat ₹249 delivery charge applies, and the 5% online discount does not.
• The 5% discount is calculated on the cart subtotal and shown on the checkout page before you pay.

4. Order tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking link is sent to your registered mobile number by both SMS and WhatsApp. Tracking begins updating about 24 hours later. You can also WhatsApp us your order number at any time for a status update.

5. Delivery attempts

Our courier partner normally attempts delivery three times. If all three attempts fail, the parcel returns to our warehouse. For prepaid orders we refund the full amount paid.

6. Getting the address right

Please enter your full address and the correct PIN code. We cannot take responsibility for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Addresses can only be changed before dispatch — WhatsApp us straight away if you need to.

7. Serviceable areas

We currently deliver within India only. A few PIN codes fall outside our courier partners' networks — in those cases we contact you and issue a refund.

8. When your parcel arrives

We recommend recording an unboxing video before you open the parcel. If the packet looks tampered with or already open, refuse it in front of the delivery agent and let us know immediately.
